How to read this list of Web3 subreddits

This is the smallest category we publish, with the fewest eligible rooms clearing the threshold. That is not a data gap, it is the shape of the space: crypto conversation concentrates into a handful of large rooms per chain rather than spreading into hundreds of niches the way productivity or commerce do. The list is short because the real list is short.

Concentration also means the focus scores here run high. A room about one chain links to wallets, bridges and explorers for that chain and almost nothing else, so nearly all of its product talk lands in this category. Compare scores within this page rather than against another category page, where the same number means something different.

The warning that belongs on this page more than any other: scam and referral pressure is heavy in these rooms, and eligibility thresholds only remove the smallest offenders. A room can rank well and still be a bad place to be seen. Read before you write, and be more sceptical of what you find here than of any other list on this site.

The rooms are free. Which products the radar found inside each one is the paid part of PulsePeek, and it is the difference between a room that fits your product and a room that already has one.

Questions about Web3 communities

Because the conversation concentrates. Crypto discussion clusters into a few large rooms per chain instead of spreading across hundreds of narrow ones, so fewer rooms clear the eligibility floor. The list is short because the space is shaped that way.

Focus measures how much of a room's product talk belongs to one category. A room about a single chain discusses wallets, bridges and explorers and very little else, so almost all of it counts. Compare these numbers with each other, not with a page from a broader category.

Only through the eligibility floor and by ranking on focus rather than link volume, which is what farming inflates. That removes the smallest offenders and nothing more. This is the category where checking a room yourself matters most.

No. Crypto products and traditional finance products are separate categories with separate pages, because their rooms barely overlap. A room about index funds and a room about memecoins share almost no products between them.
